Report a content concern
Use Crapp's in-app report controls whenever possible. They send the exact restroom, review, or photo to the moderation queue. If you cannot access the app or need to provide additional context, contact our support team directly.

Help us review the right content.
- A restroom listing is inaccurate, duplicated, unavailable, or unsafe.
- A review contains harassment, spam, private information, or inappropriate content.
- A photo contains a person, reflection, identifying information, nudity, or unrelated content.
- A Crapp account is abusing submissions, reviews, photos, or reports.
Include useful details
Include the restroom name and location, the affected review or photo, why it violates the Community Guidelines, and screenshots when appropriate. Do not email passwords, bathroom codes, or sensitive personal information.
Crapp reviews reports as soon as practical and records moderator decisions. Content may be hidden or removed while it is reviewed. For an immediate danger or emergency, contact local emergency services instead of relying on this form.
